Where do the rental figures come from?

The 61 project records were imported from the supplied “Bangkok Condominium Brands, Projects, Google Maps & Rental Price Smart Sheet — Condo Rental Directory” CSV. Its rental, size, station, address and pet-policy fields are the reference data for this import. The underlying collection date and original publisher were not supplied. The import is not a current market survey.

How should prices be interpreted?

Monthly rents are supplied reference figures in Thai baht. The 1BR size and starting-rent fields are compared where available. Rent per square meter is calculated from those fields and rounded; it is not a unit-specific quotation. A separate larger-unit/2BR reference is shown when supplied. No live availability or booking is offered.

Where do positions and buildings come from?

Some positions are approximate centers of named OpenStreetMap buildings or sites. Remaining prototype positions are unverified. Google Maps links are generated searches using the project name and address; a search link is not proof of a verified pin.

Geographic tiles are provided through OpenFreeMap, with OpenMapTiles and OpenStreetMap attribution. Building footprints and heights may be incomplete or estimated. Landmark models are visual approximations. The alternate schematic city encodes rent or size as tower height; it is not a scale building model.

What do neighborhood and transit labels mean?

Neighborhoods follow the supplied directory and do not describe official district boundaries. Walking distances, shuttle notes, pet policies and nearby-place positions have not all been independently verified. Check the actual route and current building rules before relying on them.

How are community contributions handled?

Resident profiles, uploaded portraits and comments currently stay in the visitor’s browser. They are not shared reviews or a verified resident population. No unsupported parking, management or soundproofing scores are presented as verified measurements.

How can a record be corrected?

Email [email protected] with the condo name, the field to correct and a source. The date on this page records the site content revision, not a rental-price verification.
